Ethan Gossage joined interim head coach EJ White's staff in June 2026 as a graduate assistant and recruiting coordinator, working primarily with the offensive line. In his role as recruiting coordinator, he helps organize and execute the Titans' recruiting efforts, including prospect identification, communication, visit coordination and recruiting events. Gossage works closely with the coaching staff and the College's Office of Admissions to track and evaluate prospective student-athletes while helping build relationships with high school coaches, prospects and families throughout the recruiting process.
Gossage most recently served as the offensive line coach, run-game coordinator, strength and conditioning coach and recruiting coordinator at Lafayette High School in Lexington, Kentucky. During the 2025 season, he helped lead Lafayette to a 6A District 7 runner-up finish while coaching five All-District offensive linemen. Under his guidance, the offensive line allowed just 11 sacks in 11 games and posted an 81 percent average grade. His responsibilities also included assisting with offensive game planning, coordinating weight-room sessions, managing film and helping prepare recruiting resources for student-athletes.
Prior to Lafayette, Gossage spent two seasons as the offensive line coach and graduate assistant at Kentucky Christian. He coached the offensive line, recruited the Kentucky 270 area and surrounding states, assisted with strength and conditioning, and handled film responsibilities. Gossage recruited 16 offensive linemen during his first recruiting season and coached an offensive line that helped produce the third highest-scoring offense in school history. He also started and led Kentucky Christian's Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) ministry on campus.
A four-year starter on the offensive line at Campbellsville, Gossage played in 38 games at every position along the line and served as a team captain. He was selected to the 2022 Kentucky Pro Football Hall of Fame All-Commonwealth Team and was a three-time Academic All-Mid-South Conference honoree. A native of Knoxville, Tenn. and graduate of Farragut High School, he played on the 2016 Tennessee Secondary School Athletic Association (TSSAA) Class 5A state championship team.
Gossage earned a bachelor's degree in pastoral ministries from Campbellsville in 2023, graduating summa cum laude, before earning a master's degree in Christian leadership from Kentucky Christian in 2025.
