Ryan Stow enters his fourth year as an assistant coach/offensive coordinator for the Westminster men’s lacrosse team in 2022.
Stow attended Aurora University, graduating in May of 2016 with a degree in business administration. While attending Aurora, he was the head freshman coach at Glenbrook South High School in 2016.
During his playing career at Aurora, Stow was an attacker on the men's lacrosse team, where he scored 25 career goals and recorded 30 career points in 28 games with the Spartans.
Stow was hired as the varsity offensive coordinator at Glencoe High School from 2016 to 2018. While at Glencoe, he was in charge of program wide offense and stick development. Stow is also the Elite Level club coach at Awestruck Lacrosse in Portland.
In 2020, Stow received his Master's Degree in Education from Westminster.
