Palczewski joined the Westminster coaching staff in March 2023. He arrived in New Wilmington after serving as an offensive quality control coach at the University of Pennsylvania in 2022.
Penn completed a very successful season in 2022, going 8-2 overall with a 5-2 record in Ivy League play. Recording the program's most victories since 2010, the Quakers ended the year with a second-place finish in the Ivy standings. Penn won its first six games, going 6-0 to start a season for the first time since 2003. Victories included a double-overtime, 23-17 thriller against Dartmouth on national television, a 34-14 home win over Columbia, a 20-13 homecoming victory against eventual Ivy champion Yale and a come-from-behind, 20-19 win at No. 22 Princeton to close out the year. Two players, running back Trey Flowers and wide receiver Rory Starkey, Jr. earned All-Ivy honors.
Palczewski spent three years at his alma mater, Ithaca College. For two years, he was a volunteer running backs coach, developing and assisting in the running of individual and offensive team drills. He guided Jalen Hines to second-team all-league and the 2021 Liberty League Newcomer of the Year honor, rushing for 567 yards and six touchdowns, while tallying 141 receiving yards on 12 receptions for a touchdown.
In the fall of 2021, Palczewski was named the tight ends coach, creating a manual and philosophy for the position group. He helped guide an offense that averaged 29.5 points per game, 4,151 total yards, and 22 first downs per game.
During his first season as the running backs coach, he spent a season as a varsity coach for Wayne Valley High School in New Jersey, assisting with quarterbacks and defensive backs. He was a part of transitioning a team that went 6-5 the year prior to an 11-2 squad and a state championship.
Palczewski earned a bachelor's degree in public and community health at Ithaca in 2021 where he was a four-year varsity quarterback.
