Nick Marmo enters his eighth season on Westminster's coaching staff in 2021 as the tight ends coach.
 
A New Castle High School graduate, Marmo was an offensive lineman for the Penn State Nittany Lions from 2001-04.
 
At New Castle, Marmo was a member of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette's "Fab 22" team and the All-State second team. A varsity starter since his freshman year of high school, Marmo played center as a freshman and sophomore, and then moved to guard as a junior. He also played on the defensive line on a WPIAL AAAA championship team. Marmo was considered one of the top offensive linemen in PA. Street and Smith's magazine ranked him among the top 10 offensive linemen in the country.
