I've opted-in for benefits. When will I receive them?
Apparel will be mailed in the spring.
Season passes and tumblers are mailed in July/August, before the start of the first home football game, or at the time that your membership level reaches access to that benefit. Should you join the Towering Titan Organization partway through the season, your passes and tumbler will be mailed at the time of joining.
If your level gives you exclusive access to events, special invitations will be emailed or mailed prior to each event.
What is the Pre-Game Basketball event?
The Pre-Game Basketball event is held in the Field House and allows eligible TTO members to interact with Westminster College Coaches and other TTO sports fans. Food and beverages are provided during this invitation-only event. Invitations will be emailed to eligible TTO members. Date and room location of the event to be determined for the 2026-2027 season.
What is the Dewer Suite?
The Dewer Suite is a by-invitation-only climate-controlled venue where the College President and her guests watch Titan home football games. Large windows overlook the field for premium viewing of the game and halftime show. Soft drinks and hors d'oeuvres are served. Westminster College administrators are often in attendance and view the game from this location. Details about access to the Dewer Suite will come with your Presidential Invitation.
What is the TTO VIP Tent?
The TTO VIP Tent is an exclusive viewing location for TTO members who qualify for this benefit. The tent is located near the endzone of the football field. The tent opens one hour before kickoff and features food and soft drinks. Eligible TTO members must be checked in prior to entering the tent by Westminster College Staff.
Can I give a gift of membership?
No, memberships cannot be gifted and are not transferable.
How many people are on my membership?
Membership benefits are for a single individual.
What is the Celebration of Philanthropy?
The Celebration of Philanthropy is Westminster College's all college donor recognition event hosted by Dr. Kathy Brittan Richardson, President of Westminster College. Each year this by-invitation-only celebration is held in April at an exclusive location (venue to be announced) and features student speakers as well as presentations from Westminster College administrators. Donors and qualifying TTO members can mingle with Westminster students during the cocktail hour and are seated with students at the dinner. Student musicians entertain throughout the evening. The dress code for this event that celebrates key contributors is cocktail attire.
What is the Buzz Ridl Golf Outing?
Sponsored by the Towering Titan Organization, this golf outing is a fundraiser for Titan Athletics. Proceeds from this event support all varsity teams. Generally held in late July or early August, this golf outing is held at the Avalon Field Club in New Castle, PA.
What do you do with TTO membership payments and donations?
Athletic donors may specify which teams, or athletic priorities benefit from their contributions. Of each gift, 95% goes directly to a fund for the sport(s) chosen by the donor while the remaining 5% goes to either the Titan Athletic Endowment Fund (men's basketball and football) or to the Gary Brown All-Titan Endowment (all other varsity sports). These two endowments will support future athletes and programs in perpetuity. Gifts are used for program enhancements, recruiting, team travel, equipment, facilities and other needs/expenses of the teams. You may also give directly to these two Athletic Endowments.
What Are WESPY'S?
The WESPYs (Westminster Exceptional Sports Performances of the Year) are Westminster College's annual athletics awards ceremony, held each spring to celebrate student-athlete achievement. The event recognizes excellence in athletics, academics, and leadership, bringing together athletes, coaches, and staff to honor the year's top performances. Awards include Team MVPs for each varsity sport, major honors such as Athlete of the Year and Newcomer of the Year, as well as academic, character, and team awards. The WESPYs are typically held on the evening of the last Monday of spring classes.
What is the game day experience like?
Spend time with the coaches and the team at a home game. Eligible members can select the sport and specific home game they would like to attend for their experience. Our coaching staff and Athletic Director will coordinate a personalized, behind-the-scenes opportunity tailored to that event. Experiences may include access to pre-game warm-ups on the field, time on the sideline during the game, watching from the dugout, or other unique perspectives not typically available to the public. Each experience is designed to be memorable and may vary by sport and availability.
What is the Team Travel Experience like?
Eligible members can select a sport and an away game to accompany the team. Participants may travel with the team by bus to the opponent's location, enjoy behind-the-scenes access such as sitting on the sideline or in the dugout during the game, and share the post-game meal with the team. The experience may also include hearing the coach's pre-game talk and spending meaningful time with our student-athletes. Each trip is designed to offer a unique, insider perspective and may vary by sport and schedule.
I can't attend any games. Why should I join the TTO?
You don't have to be in the stands to make a powerful impact.
Athletic ticket sales cover only a small portion of what it takes to run a competitive athletics program. The real difference-makers are Titan supporters like you — no matter where you live.
When you join the TTO, you help provide essential resources for our student-athletes and coaches: equipment, travel opportunities, training support, and the tools they need to compete at their highest level. Your membership strengthens the entire Titan Athletics experience.
