Description: Westminster's Prospect Camp is designed for high school baseball players focused on becoming prospective student-athletes. It will feature high-level instruction and feedback provided by the coaching staff through their evaluation and instructional processes.

Cancellation and Refunds for Camps
Data Privacy Policy
When using your credit card for payment of the Westminster College service, payment is due upon registration for the service. Westminster College will provide the service as scheduled in the dates noted in the registration. In the unlikely event that Westminster College does not provide the service, Westminster College will refund purchaser the purchase price for the registration excluding taxes and fees. Westminster College plans the service based upon registrations and therefore sets forth the following refund policy for cancelations. If a registrant must cancel for any reason, the refund schedule is as follows: Full refund will be given up to seven (7) business days prior to the start of the camp or event. If the notification is seven (7) business days or less in advance of the camp or event starting, refunds will be subject to a $35 administrative fee and if applicable any specific supplies for the participant that cannot be utilized for other camp participants. No refund will be issued after the start of the camp/event. This policy will be enforced unless when registering for a camp/event the language lists at the time of the event that it is non-refundable. There are no exceptions to this refund schedule.
