Ran a season-best 18:57.14 in the 5000-meter run at the SPIRE Midwest Open. Outdoor - Placed second in the 1500M run (4:53.04), 5000M run (18:33.08) and 10,000M run (40:11.48) at the PAC Outdoor Championships. 2016-2017: Outdoor - Ran a season-best 5000M (19:32.01) at the PAC Championships on April 28. 2015-2016: Indoor - Finished in second-place in the mile (5:29.09) at the PAC Championships on Feb. 25... Placed third in the DMR (13:35.93) at the PAC Championships on Feb. 25. Outdoor - Ran a season-best 3000S (12:03.64) at Westminster on April 16, placing third...
