Earned a fourth year letter.

2016: Started in all 36 games that he appeared in...Totaled 45 hits (7 doubles and 3 homeruns) in his 123 at bats...He scored 20 times while batting in 26 runs...He finished with a .366 batting average (Second best for the Titans), and a .496 slugging percentage (Second best for the Titans)...He had a .435 on base percentage (Leading percentage for the Titans)...On the mound Coyne started in 7 of the 9 games he pitched in...He pitched in 45.1 innings...He picked off 4 attempted stolen bases...He finished the season with an ERA of 4.17.

2015: Started and played in 38 of the 39 Titan games…During 125 at bats he recorded 51 hits (Second best for the Titans), 12 of them being doubles and 3 homeruns…He batted in 21 runs and scored 19 times himself…He finished with a .408 batting average (Leading average for the Titans) …Coyne had an on base percentage of .458 (Leading average for the Titans) …Coyne was the starting pitcher for 5 of the 8 games he appeared in as the pitcher…He allowed 44 hits and struck out 18 batters and walked 18…He finished the season with an ERA of 5.94…Sean was named to the PAC All-Conference Second Team and earned his second letter.
