NEW WILMINGTON, Pa.--The Westminster College Department of Athletics announced a new partnership with FanWord Friday to provide its communications team with a suite of AI-powered tools to build, manage and amplify its department's content operation.
At the heart of this partnership is FanWord Assist, the industry-leading storytelling platform that allows the department to seamlessly create game recaps, long-form feature stories, website player bios, weekly award nominations, press conference transcriptions, and more—features that have saved hundreds of athletic departments and conference offices in college sports over 30,000 work hours this past academic year.

It's going to streamline our workflow in a way that actually gives us some time back, which, in this business, is rare," said Deputy Director of Athletics for Communications and Administration Kevin Fenstermacher. Through this partnership, the Titans can cover more of their 25 sport programs, spotlight more of their student-athletes and get stories in front of their community faster than ever.
