Men's tennis drops PAC match at W&J

WASHINGTON, Pa.--The Westminster men's tennis team dropped a 5-2 Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) decision at Washington & Jefferson Friday afternoon at Janet Swanson Tennis Center.

W&J locked in the first point of the match with a sweep in doubles play. Freshman Aydan Gross (Mount Pleasant, Pa., Mount Pleasant ) got Westminster its first point with a 6-1, 6-2 win at No. 3 singles over Alex Duing. Senior Ryan Crissman (Allison Park, Pa., Shaler) won 6-3, 6-2 at No. 1 singles against Jacob Bennett.

Westminster will travel to Berea, Ohio to take on Baldwin Wallace Saturday. Doubles action from the Pop Collins Tennis Courts is set to get underway at 9 a.m.
