Match Recap: Men's Tennis |

Men's tennis suffers road loss

STEUBENVILLE, Ohio--The Westminster College men's tennis program suffered a 4-3 Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) loss to Franciscan University Wednesday afternoon. 

Westminster's record fell to 4-5 overall and 2-3 in the PAC. Franciscan improved to 5-5 overall and 2-1 in the PAC. 

The doubles pairing of junior Colin Fabich (Erie, Pa., Harbor Creek) and sophomore Hayden Kenny (Pittsburgh, Pa., Keystone Oaks) won its match at No. 3 against Jeremiah Greve and Joel Capelli, 6-4.

Junior Colin Bork (Pittsburgh, Pa., Shaler) won 6-3, 6-3 at No. 4 singles against Michael Nolan. Kenny won 6-1, 6-1 at No. 5 against Greve and Fabich won 6-2, 6-2 at No. 6 against Capelli. 

Up Next:
Westminster will host Allegheny College Saturday. The match is scheduled to start at 3 p.m. in New Wilmington.
