Women's tennis downed at W&J

WASHINGTON, Pa.--The Westminster College women's tennis team suffered a 6-1 Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) defeat against W&J Wednesday afternoon at the Janet Swanson Tennis Center. 

Westminster wrapped up its fall season with a 3-7 overall record and a 2-6 record in the PAC. W&J improved to an 8-1 overall and 4-1 in league play. 

Junior Emma Overlingas (Pittsburgh, Pa., Baldwin) was the lone Westminster player to secure a win, defeating Bella Graham 6-1, 6-3 at No. 2 singles. Overlingas closed out the fall season with a 6-4 overall record and a 5-4 PAC record at the No. 2 singles position.
