Game 1: Westminster 5, Bethany 3
A winner in seven of her last eight outings, graduate student Madison Brown (Lisbon, Ohio, East Liverpool) improved to 7-3 in the circle with the game one win. She allowed three runs on seven hits with four strikeouts in the complete-game effort. She retired the final 12 batters in order. It was Brown's fifth start this year with no walks.

Senior second base Liz Malczak (Grove City, Pa., Grove City) went 3-for-4 with a double and two RBIs. It was her first three-hit game of the year and third of her career. Freshman catcher Faith Jones (Volant, Pa., Wilmington) finished 2-for-4 with two doubles, an RBI and a run scored while junior center fielder Sydney Lokay (North Huntington, Pa., Norwin) was 2-for-4 with a double, an RBI and run scored.

Miriam Peterson went 2-for-3 with a double and an RBI to lead Bethany. Josie Wise fell to 9-4 with the loss. She gave up five runs (4 earned) on 11 hits with a pair of walks in the complete game.

Tied at one apiece midway through the third, Peterson followed Hayley Eyler's RBI triple with a run-scoring single to give Bethany a 3-1 lead. Westminster responded with two-run fifth and six innings. Malczak's two-run double keyed the fifth inning scoring while sophomore third base Ellie Hsieh (York, Pa., Central York) and Lokay delivered run-scoring base hits in the sixth.

Game 2: Bethany 4, Westminster 0
Katelyn Ziems fired a six-hit shutout for Bison, striking out four without issuing a base on balls. Bethany plated a pair of runs in the fourth and added two more in the sixth. Eyler went 2-for-3 with a double.

Malczak suffered the game two loss, allowing four runs (2 earned) on eight hits with three strikeouts in six innings. She went 2-for-3 at the plate.
