Schmidt named All-PAC

TRAFFORD, Pa.--Westminster College senior Connor Schmidt (Evans City, Pa., Seneca Valley) was named an All-Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Men's Soccer selection Wednesday night.

Schmidt, a forward, was named Honorable Mention All-PAC for the second-straight year. He started all of Westminster's 17 matches this season and totaled five goals and five assists for 15 points and had one game-winning goal. In 54 career appearances (45 starts), Schmidt scored 15 goals and 13 assists for 43 points. He registered three game-winning goals in his career.

Senior forward Lucas Toohey (Mount Pleasant, Pa., Mount Pleasant) was named to the PAC's Sportsmanship Team. The PAC Sportsmanship Teams were established to recognize student-athletes who have distinguished themselves through demonstrated acts of sportsmanship and ethical behavior and are an ongoing effort to recognize and encourage positive sportsmanship among all PAC teams.

Westminster wrapped up its season with an overall record of 5-9-3 and a 2-7-1 mark in the PAC.
