Allegheny jumped out to a 7-0 lead through four innings, scoring four runs in the second, one in the third and two more in the fourth. The Titans plated their three runs in the top of the seventh. Senior left fielder Ashley Wire (Poland, Ohio | Poland Seminary) drove in senior shortstop Alexis Yates (Oakdale, Pa. | South Fayette) with a one-out, RBI base hit before Wire and senior center fielder Brooke Atkins (New Castle, Pa. | Laurel) both came around to score on a dropped fly ball.

Graduate student Madison Brown (Lisbon, Ohio | East Liverpool) suffered her first loss in the circle since March 17, allowing five runs (4 earned) on seven hits with a walk and five strikeouts in 3.0 innings. Sophomore Sydney Lokay (North Huntington, Pa. | Norwin) threw 3.0 innings of relief, allowing two runs (2 earned) on three hits with two walks and two strikeouts in 3.0 innings.

She allowed two runs (2 earned) on six hits with a pair of strikeouts in 6.0 innings. Malczak also helped herself out at the plate, going 2-for-3 with a home run, three RBIs and a run scored.

Senior first baseman Mackenzie Latess (New Castle, Pa. | Laurel) finished 2-for-3 with a home run, four RBIs and a run scored. It was her fifth home run this season.

Yates went 3-for-4 with two doubles, an RBI and a pair of runs scored while sophomore catcher Mia Meholick (Dubois, Pa. | Dubois Central Catholic) finished 2-for-4 with a double and two runs scored.

Malczak's RBI single in the fourth gave the Titans a 1-0 lead. Westminster posted five runs on five hits in the top of the fifth to stretch its lead to 6-2. Latess drilled a three-run home run in the sixth a batter before Malczak's solo shot pushed the lead to 10-2.
