PITTSBURGH, Pa. - The Westminster women's soccer team defeated Chatham, 2-0, on the road in a Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) matchup on Wednesday to remain undefeated in the conference.

Westminster has not conceded a goal in conference games this year, while outscoring their PAC competition 22-0. The shutout was the Titans' seventh-straight.

Westminster (13-1-1, 7-0 PAC) was able to get on top early when junior Julia Redilla (Cranberry Township, PA / Seneca Valley) found first-year Mackenzie Powell (Harrison City, PA / Penn-Trafford) to score her second goal of the season. As the first half progressed, Chatham (7-5-1, 5-2 PAC) was held to minimal scoring opportunities. The Titans took a 1-0 lead to intermission.

In the 59th minute during the second half, first-year Brooke Horvath (Murrysville, PA / Franklin Regional) found the back of the net for her tenth goal of the season, assisted by classmate Lydia Ohm (Pittsburgh, PA / North Hills) and Redilla. The Titan defense held the Cougars at bay, only allowing two shots in the second half.

Titan senior goalkeeper Camille Holzschuh (Youngstown, OH / Boardman) tallied three saves to earn the win in a complete-game effort for her eighth shutout this season.

Westminster outshot Chatham (12-6) and bested them in shots-on-goal (7-4).

The Titans are back in action Saturday, October 23 as they host Saint Vincent on Senior Day in a PAC contest. Kickoff is scheduled for 12 p.m.
