LATROBE, Pa. – The Westminster College women's basketball team, led by 18th-year Head Coach
Rosanne Scott, will travel to the campus of Saint Vincent College in Latrobe, PA for the 2019-20 Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Women's Basketball Championship Tournament semifinals on Friday, February 28. Third-seeded Westminster (20-6) will take on second-seeded Grove City (23-2) at 5:30 p.m. in the first semifinal game of the evening.
Westminster split the regular season matchups with the Wolverines. Westminster is fresh off winning its 20
th game of the season, its first 20-win season since the 2006-07 campaign and only the third 20-win season in school history. Tonight will mark Westminster's first appearance in the PAC semifinals since the 2009-10 season, a season in which the Titans also advanced to the PAC Championship game. Grove City is currently on a 10-game winning streak and its 23 total victories this season are the most in school-history. The last time the Wolverines lost a game was at home against Westminster on January 18.

Camden Hergenrother (Salem, OH / Cardinal Mooney) dropped a career-high 18 points in Westminster's quarterfinal victory over Waynesburg. Senior
Emily Fromknecht (Erie, PA / McDowell) earned a game-high 12 rebounds and scored eight points in the same game.
Grove City Players to Watch:
Junior Jess Bowen and senior Kate Balcom currently lead the Grove City offense with 16.0 and 15.6 points per game, respectively. Sophomore Allison Podkul is third on the team with 10.0 points per game, while first-year Emma Vezzosi is averaging 9.1 points per game.

The winner of the Westminster-Grove City game will take on the winner of the Saint Vincent-W&J game in the PAC Championship bout on Saturday.
The start time of Saturday's title game is slated for 5 p.m.
The winner of the PAC's Championship Tournament will receive the league's automatic qualifying bid to this year's Division III Championship Tournament. Forty-three conferences have been granted automatic qualification to this year's 64-team championship. The selected Division III Championship teams as well as the first and second round site selections will be announced Monday, March 2 at 2:30 p.m. (EST) on
ncaa.com. First and second round games are scheduled for Friday-Saturday, March 6-7.
