PITTSBURGH, Pa. – The Westminster College women's lacrosse team won, 20-6, on the road over Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) foe Chatham University Saturday afternoon.

Westminster (9-2, 4-0 PAC) started the scoring with eight unanswered goals in the first 12 minutes. Chatham (3-7, 1-3 PAC) scored its first goal at the 18:22 mark. The Titans added seven more unanswered goals to take a 15-1 lead at halftime. Both teams scored five goals in the second half.

Titan senior Emily D'Amico (Moon Township, PA / Moon Area) scored a game-high eight goals, which tied her career-high. D'Amico also recorded two assists to give her a career- and game-high ten points in the contest. Junior Margo Mason (Pittsburgh, PA / Chartiers Valley) tallied five goals, an assist, and game-highs in ground balls (8) and caused turnovers (4).  Mason is now up to 60 goals and 78 points on the season, both leading the team and conference. Junior Michaela Hays (Blairsville, PA / Blairsville) tied her career-highs in goals (3) and points (5). First-year Magen Polczynski (Irwin, PA / Norwin) totaled three goals along with two ground balls. Junior Brooke Lyczek (Cranberry Twp, PA / Seneca Valley) scored a goal and finished with four ground balls.

Titan first-year goalkeeper Emma Bradley (South Fayette, PA / South Fayette) finished with nine saves and tied a career-high with a .600 save percentage in the complete-game victory.

The Titans out-shot Chatham, 45-21, and held the advantage in draw controls (16-12).

The Titans will be back in action on the road against PAC foe Waynesburg University on Wednesday, April 17 at 5 p.m.
