Ashley Frank (Mentor, OH / Mentor) split defenders with a through ball in the box. Birsic now has a team-high three goals on the year.
Titan first-year goalkeeper
Camille Holzschuh (Youngstown, OH / Boardman), the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Women's Soccer Rookie of the Week, improved to 3-0 on the year after collecting three saves in 83:55 minutes of work.
For the game, the Titans outshot the Lions, 20-11 and held a 7-2 advantage in corner kick (5-0 in the second half).
Westminster will next host the University of Mount Union in its home opener Saturday, September 8 at 3:30 p.m.
