NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. – The Westminster College Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) today selected men's soccer junior forward Peter Mattocks (Saegertown, PA / Saegertown) as its Titan Athlete of the Week for his performance during the week of August 27.
 
Mattocks totaled nine points on four goals and an assist during Westminster's 2-0 run to open the season at Defiance's Purple and Gold Tournament last weekend. He had a pair of goals and an assist in Saturday's 8-0 shutout victory over Penn State Beaver before adding two goals in a 4-1 victory over host Defiance on Sunday.
 
Westminster is back on the field tonight at non-conference opponent Penn State Altoona. Start time is set for 8:15 p.m.
