NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. – The Westminster College women's soccer team fell to Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) opponent Washington & Jefferson College, 1-0, in overtime on Saturday afternoon.
Westminster fell to 13-4 overall and 6-1 in the PAC. W&J improved to 7-7-2 overall and 4-2 in conference play.
The Presidents and Titans held a deadlock, 0-0 tie in regulation. Westminster outshot W&J, 6-2, in the first half and earned a 9-4 advantage in shots in the second half. With 97:55 left to play in overtime, President Julia Halula found the back of the net to win the game for W&J.

Ashley Frank (Mentor, OH / Mentor) each totaled a game-high in shots with five. Trozzi and Frank each totaled two shots on goal. Senior
Keely Birsic (North Ridgeville, OH / Elyria Catholic) registered three shots and two shots on goal. First-year
Camille Holzschuh (Youngstown, OH / Boardman) registered four saves in a complete-game effort.
Westminster is back in action Wednesday, October 24 at home for its final home contest of the regular season. The Titans host Carlow University starting at 3:30 p.m.
