PITTSBURGH, Pa. – The Westminster College women's soccer team lost to nationally ranked #15 Carnegie Mellon University, 7-0, on the road Sunday evening.
 
The Titans dropped to 5-3-0, while the Tartans improved to 6-1-1.
 
The Tartan offense connected for four goals in the first half, courtesy of Haili Adams (twice), Ashley Akin, and Allie Furlo. Carnegie Mellon added three more goals in the second half from Ryan Casey, Haili Adams, and Grant Wilmer.
 
Titan senior Devin Furness (Fayetteville, PA / Chambersburg) finished with one shot on goal.
 
Westminster senior goalkeeper Laura Page (Bethel Park, PA / Bethel Park) finished with seven saves in a complete game effort.
 
The Titans are back in action Wednesday, September 27 against Denison University. Start time is set for 7 p.m.
