LATROBE, Pa. – The Westminster College men's lacrosse team lost, 12-6, in its season finale at Ohio River Lacrosse Conference (ORLC) foe Saint Vincent College on Saturday.
Westminster (7-7, 3-4 ORLC) led 2-1 at the end of the first quarter; freshman
Adrian Culp (Gaithersburg, MD / Quince Orchard) (3:15, 0:31) scored both of the Titan goals. Saint Vincent (8-7, 6-1 ORLC) outscored Westminster, 3-2, in the second quarter to tie the game at 4 at halftime; freshman
Chris Slater (Pittsburgh, PA / Central Catholic) (8:50) and Culp (2:35) netted the Westminster goals. Saint Vincent pulled away in the second half, outscoring the Titans 8-2. Freshman
Dante Serra (Center Valley, PA / Southern Lehigh) (14:02) and sophomore
Luke Ostoyic (Kentson, OH / Kenston) (12:27) registered the second half goals for the Titans.

Carter Hall (Zeeland, MI / Zeeland West) gathered in 19 saves, tying his second-highest total this season, in 60 minutes of work.
Saint Vincent held a 55-37 advantage in ground balls and outshot the Titans 56-22, including 31-13 on goal. Titan freshman
Chris Ryczaj (Pittsburgh, PA / Central Catholic) collected a team-high six ground balls.
Westminster, under the leadership of second-year Head Coach
Patrick Geiger, won five more games this year than during its inaugural season a year ago.
