NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. – The Westminster College women's tennis team shut out Thiel College, 9-0, in Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) action at home on Saturday.
 
Westminster remained undefeated on the season, 6-0 overall and 3-0 in the conference, while Thiel fell to 0-7 overall and 0-3 in the PAC.
 
The Titans registered complete shutouts in five of the singles and three of the doubles matches.
 
Junior Gabriele Eaborn (Coraopolis, PA / West Allegheny) won number one singles (6-0, 6-0) and teamed up with senior Sydney Sterner (Imperial, PA / West Allegheny) for an 8-0 win at number one doubles.
 
Westminster will next host Geneva College on Monday, September 26 with a 3:30 p.m. start time.
