NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. - The Westminster College women's tennis team won its second-straight shutout as the Titans defeated the visiting Waynesburg University Yellow Jackets 9-0 on Tuesday.

Westminster did not surrender more than two games in the singles or doubles contests.

Titan sophomore Gabby Eaborn (Coraopolis, PA / West Allegheny) won at no. 1 singles, 6-2, 6-0.  She partnered with junior Sydney Sterner (Imperial, PA / West Allegheny) for an 8-2 no. 1 doubles win.

The Titans improve to 2-0, while the Yellow Jackets drop to 0-4 on the season.

Westminster will next play at Edinboro University on Thursday at 6 p.m.
