Rachel Simko (New Castle, PA / Laurel) scored the first goal of the game at the 11:54 mark from a penalty kick, her team-leading ninth of the season.
First-year
Keely Birsic (N Ridgeville, OH / Elyria Catholic) extended Westminster's lead to 2-0 with a goal in the 25th minute, her third on the year.
Waynesburg tied the game, 2-2, after two goals in the second half courtesy of Karleigh Murphey; the second coming with less than two minutes remaining in regulation.
Westminster senior
Rachael Letscher (Canfield, OH / Cardinal Mooney) earned the win after playing in the final 15:21 minutes.
For the game, the Titans out-shot the Yellow Jackets, 25-7.
Westminster finished the regular season 13-3-2 overall and 6-2-1 in the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC), while Saint Vincent dropped to 6-10 overall and 3-6 in the conference.
The Titans have clinched a spot in the four-team PAC Championships, which begins next Tuesday. The final seedings will be decided at the conclusion of Saturday's games.
