NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. - The Westminster College volleyball team shutout the visiting Grove City College Wolverines, 3-0 (25-20, 25-18, 25-19), in a Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) showdown at home Wednesday night.
The shutout marked the ninth for Westminster this season.
Titan sophomore
Lexie Yoho (Pittsburgh, PA / Our Lady of the Sacred Heart) led the offense with a match-high 14 kills. She earned a .600 attack percentage, the most in a single match out of any Titan this season with at least 12 kills; topping her previous best .571, which was achieved last Saturday. Senior
Megan Prybyl (Mars, PA / North Catholic) and first-year
Delaney Saxton (Cortland, OH / Brookfield) registered 10 and six kills, respectively. Senior
Tiffany Jackson (Las Vegas, NV / Las Vegas) had a team-high 18 assists. First-year
Shanna Daniels (Edinburg, PA / Billy C. Ryan, TX) added 14 assists, to go along with nine digs.

Rachel Moore (Greensburg, PA / Greensburg Central Catholic) and senior
Kelsey Kilbane (Medina, OH / Medina) led the Titan defense with 11 and 10 digs, respectively. Prybyl added eight digs. Junior
Katie Pricener (Wilmerding, PA / Serra Catholic) and first-year
Nikki Beatty (Darlington, PA / Blackhawk) tallied a match-high three blocks each.
Westminster improved to 11-23 overall and 8-9 in the PAC, while Grove City dropped to 14-16 overall and 10-7 in the conference.
Titan Head Coach
Tammy Swearingen was recognized prior to the match for winning her 500th career match earlier in the season.
Westminster will next host Washington & Jefferson College on Saturday at 5 p.m. in its final regular season match for its Senior Day.
