NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. - The Westminster College men's soccer team lost to visiting Penn State Behrend, 1-0, Tuesday in non-conference action.
The Lions (6-1-1) scored the game-winning goal just before the end of regulation when Jared Potts scored on Kory Kiefer's corner kick at the 86:30 mark of the second half.
Westminster junior goalkeeper Mike Codita (Sewickley, Pa./Quaker Valley) made eight saves while the Lions outshot the Titans, 12-10. Behrend goalkeeper Dustin Keller also made eight saves to get the shutout.
Westminster (5-4) hosts Baldwin-Wallace on Saturday at 2 p.m.
