Men's Soccer: Titans and Presidents Play to a 2-2 Draw

WASHINGTON, Pa. - The Westminster College men's soccer team played to a 2-2 double overtime tie at Washington & Jefferson in Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Wednesday night.

The Titans are now 6-5-3 overall and 2-0-1 in the PAC, while the Presidents are 6-5-2 and 1-0-1 in the league.

Westminster junior midfielder Justin Rivas (Keller, Texas/Southlake Carroll) tied the game in the 16th minute on an assist from junior defender Chris Ellwanger (South Park, Pa./South Park) after W&J's Jeremy Delmaster opened the scoring with a goal just 49 seconds into the game.

After Marc Clayton again gave the Presidents the lead in the 54th minute, Westminster sophomore forward Brice Lott (Pittsburgh, Pa./Plum) tied the game for good with an unassisted goal in the 88th minute. Lott now has a team-high nine goals on the season.

The Titans will step out of league play Saturday when they host Mount St. Joseph at 1 p.m.
