Men's Soccer: Bethany Snaps Westminster's Season-Long Three-Match Win Streak

BETHANY, W.Va. - The Westminster College men's soccer team's season-long three-match win streak came to end at the hands of Bethany, the first place team in the Presidents Athletic Conference (PAC). The Titans suffered a 2-0 loss Wednesday to the Bison on the road.

Bethany's Sean Esterbauer scored his ninth and 10th goals of the season for the match's only goals in the 23rd and 64th minutes.

Titan goalkeeper Christopher Passione (Valencia, Pa./Mars) made seven saves and faced 13 Bison shots, while Bethany's Kosta Floros gloved five shots for the shutout as he faced total 10 Titan shots.

Westminster falls to 9-6-2 on the season and 3-2 in the PAC, while Bethany improves to 13-2-3 and 5-0-1 in the league.
