Courtney Herdt ’11 was a four-time All-America honoree and ranks second in Westminster history in the 100 breast (1:02.85) and 200 breast (2:17.05). She earned First Team All-PAC accolades three times (2009-11) and was the PAC champion in the 100 breast and 200 breast in 2011. She was also a member of the 400 medley relay that won PAC titles in 2010 and 2011. Herdt was a two-time CSCAA Scholar All-American (2010-11) and was named to the 60th Anniversary All-PAC Swimming & Diving Team. Herdt previously held the Westminster, PAC, Wooster and Carnegie Mellon Pool Records and tied for the highest finisher at the NCAA Division III Nationals. Herdt was a WESPY Award Winner ('11); a Marjorie A. Walker Award Winner ('11); and a former Women's Swimming and Diving MVP ('11).
During her time at Westminster, Herdt was involved in the Sigma Kappa sorority; the Kappa Mu Epsilon National Mathematics Honor Society; and SIFE (Students in Free Enterprise).
Herdt is currently a Production Manager at Hall Technical Services and has a son named Lucas.
