Heading into her 30th season at Westminster in 2026, head coach Jan Reddinger has established the Titans as one of the nation’s premier softball programs. Under her leadership, Westminster has captured six Presidents’ Athletic Conference (PAC) regular-season championships and three PAC Tournament titles. The Titans have posted winning records in 23 of her 29 seasons, including 22 campaigns with 20 or more wins, highlighted by a school-record 33-4 season in 2021.

Entering 2026, Reddinger owns a career record of 735-484-2 (.603) with a record of 679-423-2 (.616) in New Wilmington. Her 735 all-time victories rank 17th among active Division III coaches. She has been voted the PAC’s Coach of the Year three times (2004, 2007, 2024).

Reddinger led Westminster to back-to-back PAC titles in 2024 and 2025, respectively, as the championship tournament’s top seed, securing the league’s automatic qualifying bid to the NCAA Division III Championship. Westminster has qualified for the PAC Championship Tournament 19 times, including nine-straight from 2016-25, and has finished second or higher eight times in the 22 years it’s been eligible.

Westminster has had three of its players named PAC Player of the Year, two claim PAC Pitcher of the Year awards and two secure PAC Newcomer of the Year awards, with a combined 113 players earning All-PAC honors since 2003.

The on-field success under Reddinger has also spilled into the classroom, where 148 players have been named to the PAC’s Academic Honor Roll, which recognizes student-athletes on varsity sports teams who finished with a grade-point average (GPA) of 3.6 or higher during their semester of championship competition. Nineteen have gone on to earn Academic All-District distinction, with three securing Academic All-America honors, including Mackenzie Latess, a back-to-back selection in 2023 and 2024.

In addition to her softball duties, Reddinger serves as a physical education instructor at Westminster. She also served as head women’s basketball coach for five years and worked as an assistant coach with the women’s soccer program.

Before arriving at Westminster, Reddinger served as head softball coach and assistant basketball coach at La Roche. Reddinger has a bachelor of arts degree in physical/health education from West Liberty, where she played both softball and basketball. She earned a master’s degree in physical education/sports administration from Eastern Illinois. Reddinger was inducted into the Beaver County Sports Hall of Fame in 2013 and was a member of the Hopewell High School Sports Hall of Fame 2022 induction class.
